So as boring as things are i figure i might as well update you on my life. not that it matters but you know.

So A couple weeks ago my grandma called me and said we should get together and from the chat we had I figured she was doing better. She has been having a rough time since my Grandpa died in January 07. So i agreed to go to a movie with her.
So we had picked the movie and the day and all this.
I was getting excited because i hadnt been to a movie in a few months.

So we get in the car and head to edmonton to the theatre, we were turning at a light, but it was a right corner thing were you can just turn if no one is going through the light. So we started to go around and this truck decided to run the red so we slowed down to let him go and the car behinde us slammed into us. [grandma kind of lost it at this point, which is understandable]
See she was hesitant to drive in the first place because of the snow we had over night. So this pretty much confirmed her fears. [there was no visible damage to her car, the other had a scrape but nothing bad, and no one was hurt]
So we got back in, and went off to the theatre. So we got to the theatre and there is a long line, so we check movie times and we have a couple hours so we go to some stores. I picked out a vest and some earrings.
We got back to the theatre and then she decides that maybe we better not see a movie after all, and we should go home and see one she already has. [so dissapointed in all, i just say whatever]. We get to her house, she tells me she will go reply to an email, be 5-10 min max and we will watch our movie. I had picked Chicago - one of my favorites. So i was ok with it.

She has a big screen and surround sound and like 12 remotes. I had no idea how to turn the player on. So i looked for her notes about how to do it. but couldnt make sense of them. So watched tv for a while [1 hour]. Then went to her and told her i couldnt get it, she fought with it for a min then gave up and went back to her email. Then told me to call my dad and get him to come fix it and pick me up.

So all in all it was a pretty crappy day !
